Jen Sims has over a decade of experience working in production for film, television, and new media.  She specializes in empowering artists and building strong channels of communication to produce the highest quality content, often on tight budgets and demanding schedules. Jen has a passion for innovation, and harnessed that enthusiasm to produce future technology, on-set graphics and visual effects for groundbreaking films like Star Trek Into Darkness and Tomorrowland.  Most recently, Jen has committed her time and talents to More Salt Productions, amplifying voices and stories that have been traditionally silenced.  Her recent credits include Adam McKay’s series demystifying finance, This Giant Beast That is The Global Economy and the groundbreaking Lifetime series Surviving R Kelly:  The Reckoning.  A proud member of the PGA and Film Independent, Jen has provided support and oversight for productions around the world.

Meghan Walsh has been producing documentary and non-fiction content for film and television for a decade.  She is dedicated to creating smart and innovative content for global audiences, particularly subjects that highlight our connected humanity and shared experiences. Meghan’s recent credits include Disney+’s Mickey: The Story of a Mouse (Official SXSW Documentary Spotlight 2022), Showtime’s upcoming How to Come Alive with Norman Mailer, Netflix’s The Goop Lab with Gwyneth Paltrow, Amazon Prime’s Pau Gasol: It’s About the Journey, the independent feature For Madmen Only (Official SXSW Documentary Feature Competition 2020), and the Emmy-winning series Who Do You Think You Are? with Regina King, John Stamos, Jessica Biel, Lea Michele, and more.  She is currently working on an upcoming Steve Martin documentary for Tremolo Productions.
